A large group of people with a distance to the labour market seems to fall by the wayside when it comes to employment. People with talent and vigour.

With Everyday Heroes employers could contribute to the actual placement of candidates with limited job opportunities. The value of a Power Certificate is immediately converted into a fund and used to remove the last (financial) obstacles so that the candidate can win that contract. This could mean an electric bike, extra coaching or additional training, to get the job that truly fits, with a contract and that is sustainable. Very straightforward. Very simple.

SO HOW DOES IT WORK? 

Everyday Heroes helps people with limited job opportunities to find work by removing the final hurdles towards employment with a contract. For instance, by financing travel costs, extra education or coaching.

To do so, we work with Power Certificates. Every certificate represents a value of €3.500,-. Every certificate is connected to a job. A successful placement is shared on our website.

Method

Every new job has four heroes:

1. The owner of the certificate giving the financial means

2. The job coach who is able to find a job that fits

3. The employee who gives someone an opportunity in his organisation

4. The candidate doing the job

There are never enough true heroes; all support is welcome!
